Sierra Vintage Wedding

In a beautiful home just a stones throw away from the little village of Shaver, we catered a vintage wedding in a garage transformed into a lodge dining room by our pals from Ivy Crest Design.
Dinner was served-up family style: two settings equaling about
80 people. The guests dined on tomato bisque soup, chopped cobb salad and two kinds of panini; grilled eggplant/mushroom/mozzarella/pesto and salami/prosciutto/provolone/roasted bells/tapenade and then the most magical (cater challenging) thing happened. It began to rain, eventually poured. We grilled panini under 10x10 pop-up tent. The guests, unaware, warm sipping soup and eating freshly grilled panini after which they retired upstairs to home made desserts and coffee.
