'Walk the Lane' with B of A

So smart for our client to combine customer appreciation and employee party.
The time honored holiday tradition of 'Walk the Lane' in Old Fig Garden, a promenade on Van Ness Blvd known as
 Christmas Tree Lane. The lane is strung criss-cross with miles of colorful blinking lights, as well as home owners’ decorations. The evening is 'magical' with many parties along the lane. Each year our client sets a theme and this year we created for B of A-ML Carrib-bo, a Caribbean themed menu with Cubano Cristo and Tres Quesos (fresh from the grill) sandwiches, 'Jerk Tacos' with fresh fruit salsas, Sopas of Black Bean and Tomato 'Cream' Bisque w/toppers of grilled corn, jalapeno and garlic shrimp.  Additional tastes of the Caribbean were Empanadas filled w/feta, corn and pasilla pepper, crab and shrimp Fish Cakes, Island Cheeses, Baked Brie topped with Pineapple Chutney, Mango White Stilton and  Herb Goat Cheese and for Sweets, Pineapple Rum Mini Cakes, Key Lime mini bites and Dulce de Leche cheesecakes. Oh what a night, stars twinkling bright!
